LT Company Platform Privacy Policy

This policy describes how LT Company Platform, operated by TastyRounds LLC doing business as Lentil Telepathy ("we" or "us"), handles information used by its business integrations. It applies to the platform's Google sign-in, Google Ads connector and company operations features. Shopping on the Lentil Telepathy store is covered separately by the store privacy policy.
Information we access
When you connect an integration, we access information permitted by the consent you give and your existing permissions. Google sign-in provides account identity information such as your email address, name and profile information. The Google Ads integration can access advertising account identifiers and settings; campaigns, ad groups, ads, keywords and budgets; performance and conversion reports; and keyword-planning metrics where Google permits access. The Google Ads permission shown on the consent screen is broad, although the connector exposes a narrower set of supported functions.
Company knowledge features may process search queries and return indexed company documents or communications that an authorized user is permitted to access. Connecting Google sign-in does not itself authorize access to Gmail or Google Drive. Any integration that directly accesses additional services must have its own applicable authorization.
When separately authorized, additional Google tools can read Analytics properties, reports, events and data streams; Search Console properties, search performance, sitemaps and indexed URL information; Merchant Center accounts, products, data sources, issues and reports; Tag Manager accounts, containers, workspaces, tags, triggers, variables and versions; and Business Profile accounts, locations, reviews and performance. These additional tool groups expose read and inspection functions only. Google requires management-capable permissions for Merchant Center and Business Profile even for these reads. Access remains limited by the account owner's Google permissions and consent. The server permits only the verified account lentiltelepathy@gmail.com.
Google Trends support currently creates official comparison links and analyzes CSV exports supplied by the user; it does not fetch live Trends API data without separate Google alpha access.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate users, provide requested reports and knowledge searches, research advertising keywords, validate and perform authorized advertising changes, maintain the connection, and diagnose operational or security problems. We do not sell Google user data, use it for targeted advertising, or use it to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.
AI assistants and service providers
When you invoke a platform tool through an AI assistant, your request is sent to the platform and the tool's response is returned to that assistant. The response may contain business information requested from a connected account. Use an assistant and workspace approved for that information. The assistant provider processes the information under the terms and privacy settings applicable to that service.
We use Google Cloud to host platform services and store operational and authentication information. Information is shared with connected service providers as needed to perform an authorized function, operate and protect the platform, or comply with applicable law. Access by people is limited to authorized personnel and service providers who need it for those purposes, subject to Google's applicable user-data restrictions. We do not share Google user data with unrelated advertisers or data brokers.
Storage and security
The platform stores authentication and connection records, including tokens needed to maintain authorized connections. The Google Ads connector encrypts its stored OAuth records. Cloud services also maintain operational logs, which can include account identifiers, query details, errors and action records. Reports or responses may also remain in the AI assistant's conversation history or in files you choose to save. We use authentication, encrypted connections and access controls to protect the platform. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Retention and deletion
We retain connection records while needed to provide the authorized integration and retain operational or business records as needed for operations, security, legal obligations and records management. Retention can differ by record type and service. Revoking access stops future authorized access through that connection but does not automatically erase previously saved reports, conversation history, logs or records in the source account.
To request deletion of platform-held connection records or other information associated with your account, contact lentiltelepathy@gmail.com and identify the account and integration. Do not send passwords or access tokens. We may verify your authority before acting and will explain any information that must be retained. Manage or delete assistant conversations and saved files through the service that holds them. Deleting a platform connection does not delete your Google Ads campaigns or Google account.
Your choices
You can decline a connection, limit requests to information you are authorized to use, and revoke LT Company Platform access through Google Account connections. You can also ask us to disable an integration or address a privacy concern using the contact address below.
Google API data
LT Company Platform's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
